Yes, a tracking code is mailed for every parcel which allows you to follow the status for your order.
If you are located outside the EU the parcel is shipped by airplane. There is limited capacity of airplanes and staff in the receiving countries (especially USA). This can cause delays up to 4 weeks. The shipping companies only start a search operation if a tracking has not changed in 20+ days.
We have more than 15 years experience in packaging bottles carefully and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All packages are insured and have a tracking code. In the unlikely event that one or more bottles are damaged or leak during shipment, we ask that you take photos of the damage and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange for a suitable solution.

All the bottles we offer are in our webshop, we have no secret stash of bottles. We recommend not to wait for the reviews to order top bottles. So the answer is no, not listed in the webshop = sold out.
No. Highly sought after releases will only be sold by a lottery system. Keep an eye on our social media and newsletter for these lotteries, everybody gets a fair chance. Same rules apply for all matters Springbank. In the case we offer a pre-order on a release this will be announced via the same communication channels.
